Quality and Safety

Ives EEG Solutions was founded in 1995, developing both proprietary and OEM products for both EEG and Sleep. In 2001 we recognized the need for MR Conditional electrodes for cEEG/ICU and LTM/EMU, and changed our primary focus toward developing and manufacturing our proprietary MR Conditional Electrode System to address this demand. The Ives Electrode System is FDA approved, and we are pleased to be able to offer fully customized solutions to each institution.

Our Team

Ives EEG Solutions was founded by Mr. John Ives who has over 50 years of direct experience in the field of EEG, neurology, neurosurgery, epilepsy and biomedical engineering. John is recognized and respected as a leader in developing efficient EEG products and solutions, and has been involved in EEG projects and helping build efficient EEG labs in the US, Canada and Europe.

Collaboration

COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ambu has reached an agreement with Ives EEG Solutions LLC to be the exclusive U.S. distributor of its MRI-compatible single-use electroencephalogram (EEG) cup electrodes.


The exclusive distribution agreement meets an increasing market demand for single-use cup electrodes that are compatible with magnetic resonance imaging technology. To read more, click here.

In 2018, Ives EEG Solutions and Spes Medica, an Italian medical device manufacturing company, joined forces to establish Spes Medica USA.
